Digital Transformation, Internal Communication, Engagement, Corporate Culture: Connect Conference Returns in April!

In times of crisis, the importance of internal communication and engagement, as well as the need for corporate digitization, is growing. This year's Connect Conference will focus on these issues, often through practical examples.

At the first event in 2022, more than 50 expert presentations and roundtable discussions were attended by 300 interested professionals.

It was clear from last year's event that after the pandemic, professionals were keen to meet face-to-face, making it an effective networking event

said the founder and CEO of the main organizer, Blue Colibri App.

Tamás Barathi added that the focus of this year's conference will be on the digitization  developments that can be implemented in corporate and institutional environments, especially for employees, and their impact on engagement and corporate culture, with a special emphasis on internal corporate communication, especially in the context of the crisis. - In the current business environment, it is very important to shift internal communication to a higher level and speed, and to do this, new types of content and channels need to be explored that effectively reach employees, and support engagement and workplace communities," explained Tamás Barathi.

The presentations will not only provide professional guidance and discuss recent trends, but will also include practical examples and case studies from the speakers.

Continuing the tradition, the organizers will once again bring together corporate leaders in HR and Communication.

In addition to more than 50 speakers, this year's Connect Conference will feature experts from Deloitte, Spar, Egis, ValueTeam, Publicis Groupe, Trenkwalder, the Hungarian State Opera House, among others, as well as digital startup investor Péter Oszkó, organizational psychologist Júlia Füredi, and communication expert Csaba Azurák.

The list of programmes and speakers is continuously updated and extended and is available on the event website (link).

Featured professional content

Due to the high interest, the organizer Blue Colibri App has recently launched an online magazine with professional articles and podcasts from the conference speakers, along the 5 main themes of the conference: corporate culture, communication content and channels, engagement, and digital transformation.

Podcast discussions with Martin Csépai, HR Consulting Director at Deloitte Hungary, as well as with investor Péter Oszkó on corporate digital development and the link between digitization and business value, are now available.
